I charge by the number of photos, not square footage. Why? Because most homes—even large ones—rarely need more than 35 great photos to sell. After that, things get cluttered. Agents waste time sorting through near-duplicates. Buyers get overwhelmed with too many images that don’t add value.

Instead, I focus on capturing the best angles, the best light, and the best features—so every image works harder for your listing.
